Ordering, Shipping & Returns


We send our larger pieces nation wide with a trusted boutique courier that specialises in furniture delivery. Side tables are sent via express post

We also offer free delivery for any Gold Coast, Brisbane & Northern N.S.W orders

Our flat rate shipping rates are based on delivery to capital cities and metro areas. If you are outside of these zones an extra shipping charge may apply.

Large Orders

Please let us know if you are wanting to place an order of 3 or more items so we can get a custom shipping quote for you.

Lead Times

We usually allow 6-8 weeks to construct and finish our furniture. If you for any reason need your piece sooner, email us as we may be able to complete your order sooner.

Please note our pieces are shipped within 14 days of order placement (Afterpay orders) 



As our furniture is hand made to order & we pour a lot of love and effort into what we do and we want you to love your piece when it arrives. We do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind.

Damaged Items - Refund Policy

Be sure to inspect your items thoroughly on arrival and notify us of any damage within 48hrs of delivery. Claims outside 48hrs will be classed as change of mind.

We will not refund or replace products if, after your item arrives, the item has become of unacceptable quality by you having not taken reasonable care to look after your item, not following our care guide or using your item outside, in an unusual way or by fair wear and tear.
